A Home Health Care Agency is a Medical care provider and must be ordered by a physician. They send Registered Nurses, Physical, Speech or Occupational Therapists to homebound patients. This usually happens after a patient’s discharge from a hospital or skilled nursing facilty. They are usually ordered for a set number of visits and for a specific medical need, this coverage is usally covered by insurance. These services are for treatment only and do not include personal care.
In-Home Care often works in conjuntion with Home Heath Care. They provide the medical treatment and we provide the personal care and home care services. In-Home Care services are non-medical, personal care services. These services we perform and the amount of time we spend in the home are all determined by the client and/or their family. This care is typically paid for by the client and/or family.
Every client we serve is our member, at no extra charge.
Depending on the number of hours a client uses our In-Home care services, the client qualifies for the membership level. There are three Membership levels; Silver Level, Gold Level and Platinum Level.

Before we send a homecare provider to your home, the client intake coordinator evaluates the specific needs, based on clients disease state and disability and tailors a “service plan” accordingly. We then send a homecare provider who is trained and educated to better fullfill the clients specific needs. There is no extra charge to the client for this service. We invented this model, no other Homecare company offers this.
